Lynn Armbrust is Technology Enablement & Process Design executive for the eChannels and Customer Solutions organization at Bank of America. In this role, Armbrust is responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of customer experiences and solutions, including leading the following teams: User Experience Design; Emerging Channel Capabilities; Money Movement ePlatforms; Process Excellence; Integrated Business Architecture; Customer Protection and Social Spaces Solutions; Relationship Continuum Execution and Integrated Management Reporting and Analytics.

Before joining the eChannels & Customer Solutions team, Armbrust served as Business Operations executive for the Bank of America Home Loans & Insurance businesses in Calabasas, California, with responsibility for Initiative Management Governance, Customer Experience and Executive Customer Relations, Associate Experience and Management Routines Execution for the Home Loans & Insurance president and executive leadership teams. Armbrust also served in a similar capacity as Business Operations executive for the Bank of America Consumer Real Estate and Insurance Services Group division.

Armbrust has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2005, she spent 17 years with National City Corporation serving as Director of Consolidation Services accountable for due diligence and integration strategy, planning and execution. Armbrust also led technology and operations teams, including enterprise change management, relationship management and call center functions. Previously, Armbrust owned a consulting firm providing similar services to executives, as well as strategy and marketing development for small businesses and start-up companies.

Armbrust graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a business administration and marketing degree. She is a BankSim graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) and has been named to Cleveland Crain’s 40 Under 40 Leaders. Armbrust also is a recipient of the Excel! Award for Outstanding Leadership. Armbrust and her family reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.
