Increasingly consumers now can watch the content they want, when they want and where they want. There is no question that the media environment has changed tremendously over the past decade. Policy should continue to support the wide variety of content that consumers enjoy—from big budget, high-quality movies and TV shows to homemade videos of cats—and the wide variety of platforms and technologies consumers use to watch this content.
