AT&T recently announced usage caps of 150 GB/month for ADSL users and 250 GB/month for U-verse VDSL+ customers. According to Netflix’ analysis, they’re generous enough to permit 12 hours a day of Netflix viewing. Nevertheless, tech bloggers reacted negatively.
