Erik Brynjolfsson is the George and Sandi Schussel Professor of Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Director of the Center for eBusiness at MIT. His research analyzes how businesses can effectively use the Internet and other information technologies. This work has received six "Best Paper" awards from fellow academics and is frequently cited in the business press.
Erik is the Co-Editor of the Ecommerce Research Forum and has served on the Editorial Boards of the Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Research, Information Technology and People, Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce, the International Journal of Electronic Commerce, and Management Science. Erik serves as an Associate Member of the MITLaboratory for Computer Science and the MITCenter for Coordina
